The dvd discs are guaranteed against manufacturer defects: If you receive a disc with a defect in it that prevents it from playing, return the disc to the supplier in the original container along with the packing slip within five days of your receipt. If the defect is confirmed to be the fault of the manufacturer the price you paid for the disc, including the original shipping charge, will be refunded.
