PAYMENT METHODS
To purchase dvds, residents of any of the countries PayPal accepts may use a credit card through PayPal's secure online ordering system (which by now over 100-million shoppers have used, worldwide). There is a PayPal order button on each page, located below the dvd cover's image. For a list of PayPal-approved countries, Click Here.

- U.S. RESIDENTS (ONLY) may also pay for their orders by mailing to us a personal check or a U.S. bank CASHIERS CHECK.
- NOTE: Money Orders are NOT accepted.
- Residents of all countries that cannot use PayPal, or who wish to pay us by mail may send us a CASHIERS CHECK DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK OR INTERNATIONAL BANK. Personal checks from countries other than the U.S. are NOT accepted, and Money Orders are NOT accepted.
So you understand why we do not accept money orders, it is because our bank charges a considerable additional fee to cash them, as do most banks now because of the growing international fraud and counterfeiting of money orders.
- If you mail your payment to us, be sure to print or type your name and address clearly in capital letters because if we cannot read it we cannot send your order to you or return the payment to you.
- NOTE: Be sure to INCLUDE your PHONE NUMBER and AREA CODE, and your complete EMAIL address.

To most countries, normal delivery time from China during a non-holiday period is from 10 to 14 days, by China Post air freight.
We normally use 3-5 day shipping services from China for orders of 50 or more dvds and we airmail 1 to 49 dvds via China Post air freight. Shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed. In the event the postal service or shipping company is unable to deliver the order to the address shown on the order form and the order is returned to us your payment will be refunded to you less any shipping fees and/or PayPal transaction fees we have to pay (see fees below). If we are requested to re-ship the order new shipping and PayPal transaction fees must be paid first.
Note: Please BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER AND AREA CODE on the PayPal order form in the message box where it is asked for because the shipping companys always request a phone number from us so they can contact the receipient, if necessary, to deliver the order. Note: We do not give a customer's phone number out to anyone except to the shipping company.
- If the order is returned by the shipper or by the postal service as "undeliverable" because the address given to us was incorrect, or for any other similar reason, we will return the payment made for the dvds less any shipping costs we had to pay, and if the order was paid for via PayPal, we will return the net amount of the payment to the payor's email address, as shown on the PayPal order form or notification we received from PayPal. The net amount of the payment is the total payment less the transaction fee(s) PayPal charges us for the transaction - which is usually 3% or 4% of the total amount paid.
