| By clicking on the links at the bottom of the page, you will see images of some of the shaolin monks performing "hard qi gong" (external gong) exercises of directing their chi (or qi, or energy). If you would like to view a few Windows Media (.wmv) movie clips showing some of the hard qigong exercises, click on the following links. Do NOT try any of these exercises because you can easily injure yourself. Only advanced martial artists who are experienced in these exercises should perform them. Note: Depending on your computer and connection to the web it may take a few minutes for each clip to load. You will need to close your Windows Media Player program after the movie clips finish playing to return here again.
